ADKARs committed to delivering high standards of services to our customers maintaining environmentally-friendly operations protecting the health, safety, security and assets of all of our stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. It is ensured that each site supervisor is fully aware of the company’s policy with respect to the prevention and control of accidents. It is the supervisor’s responsibility to assure the job is completed in safe manner.

Safety is important; having safety rules is not enough though our commitment to safety means that each employee needs to be alert to safety risk as he/she goes about his/her job. A safe and secure work environment also means a workplace free from violence threats.

The company is responsible to ensure that the staffs are trained and educated in the basic safety procedures and equipments.

Any workers/employee deviating and not following the safety procedures continually will be dealt with severely and shall have their employment terminated. The individual will be held accountable for any losses occurring in the operations they supervise will be complied and reviewed periodically.

Each individual is responsible for promoting safe operating practices and eliminating hazards in their work areas and operations. Proper care and attention will be given to the property, equipment and environmental areas.
